This Contract, made and entered into on July 1, 2000 by and between Bottling Group, LLC, d/b/a The Pepsi Bottling Group, hereinafter called Contractor, and the City of Portland, a municipal corporation of the State of Oregon, by and through its duly authorized representatives, hereinafter called City.

1.  This contract is hereby amended to extend from July 1, 2005 through November 30, 2005.

2.  All other terms and conditions remain the same.
