Pursuant to Section 2-302 of the Charter of the City of Portland, Oregon, as of 8:00 a.m., July 1, 2005, I am reassigning all City departments and bureaus to the Commissioner of Finance and Administration, Commissioner of Public Utilities, Commissioner of Public Affairs and the Commissioner of Public Works as detailed in the attached exhibit. This order will remain in effect until further notice.
