TITLE: Fix a public hearing for January 15, 1986, at 9:30 a.m. in the Council Chamber of the City Hall, on the question of withdrawing certain territory which has been annexed to the City of Portland from the Rockwood Water District: said property is all of Tamarack and Santee Additions north of NE Halsey St, authorize the City Auditor to publish and post notices and expend money therefore, and declare an emergency.
