TITLE: Fix a public hearing for January 15, 1986, at 9:30 a.m. in the Council Chamber of the City Hall, on the question of withdrawing certain territory which has been annexed to the City of Portland from the Parkrose Water District: said property is territory located generally east of NE 72nd Ave, west of NE 92nd Ave, south of Columbia Slough, east of NE 82nd Ave and south of O.W.R & N. Railway Line, west of NE 82nd Ave and north of NE Killingsworth, authorize the City Auditor to publish and post notices and expend money therefore, and declare an emergency
