TITLE: Fix a public hearing for December 18, 1985, at 9:30 a.m. in the Council Chamber of the City Hall, on the question of withdrawing certain territory which has been annexed to the City of Portland from the Hazelwood Water District: said property is property south of NE Fremont St and north of NE Halsey St, authorize the City Auditor to publish and post notices and expend money therefore, and declare an emergency.
