ADDENDUM # 2 TO

LEGAL SERVICES AGEEMENT NO. 34973

 DATED: September 11, 2003

The City requires the services of Williams Zografos & Peck (outside legal counsel) to assist the City Attorney’s Office in the matter pertaining to an investigation of claims in the Bureau of Maintenance.

Due to the nature of the work required, it is necessary to authorize and extension to this legal service agreement in the amount of $15,000.

In accordance with authorization by the Portland City Council, Legal Services Agreement No. 34973, dated September 11, 2003, is revised as follows:

1.  Total compensation under this agreement is increased to $35,000. This total compensation allowed for shall include the $20,000 previously provided for in the initial agreement and addendum no. 1, and an additional $15,000 by this addendum.

2.  The effective date of this agreement are extended to January 4, 2006.

3.  All terms and conditions contained in Legal Services Agreement No. 34973 shall remain in effect.
