INTEROFFICE MEMORANDUM

Attached is an original and 10 copies of an ordinance to amend the City’s Legal Service Agreement with Williams, Zografos & Peck..

Outside Counsel was required to assist the City Attorney’s Office in an investigation of matters concerning the Bureau of Maintenance.

It is estimated that we will exceed the amended contracted amount of $20,000, therefore it is necessary to increase the financial obligation of the City in the amount of $15,000, for a total of $35,000. As this increase exceeds 25% of the original contract, an ordinance is necessary to continue this agreement.

Please have the Mayor sign-off on this ordinance, and forward the original and 10 copies to the Auditor for filing.
