Subject:  Phase II Revenue Bureau study contract Ordinance

Attached is the Ordinance for a professional services contract with the firm of Aldrich Kilbride & Tatone LLC, in the amount of $192,385 to conduct Phase II of the creation of the Revenue Bureau. Phase II of this study was directed by a budget note in the FY ’05 Adopted Budget. Included in the products requested from this contract are transition plans and implementation strategies for the new bureau.

Sue Klobertanz, reporting to the CAO, is the project manager. The work is to begin December 27, 2004 and be completed no later than May 31, 2005. The intent of the Phase II work schedule is that it will generate results that can be integrated into the FY ’06 budget. Funds to pay for the contract are in the current OMF budget.
