This Contract, made and entered into this 9th day of March, 2001, by and between Grapheon, Inc., hereinafter called Contractor, and the City of Portland, a municipal corporation of the State of Oregon, by and through its duly authorized representatives, hereinafter called City.

1.  This contract is hereby amended to extend the period from February 28, 2005 through February 28, 2006.

2.  All other terms and conditions remain the same.
