AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES #34380

Amendment No. 1

This agreement for services (Agreement) is between the City of Portland, Oregon (City) and Lloyd District Transportation Management Association, 700 NE Multnomah St. Ste 340 Portland OR 97232 (Contractor).

RECITALS: Purpose of the agreement is to provide $75,000 per year for 2 years to the Lloyd District TMA to provide a variety of transportation-related services to the Lloyd District.

Original contract read $75,000 for 2 years; this correction should read: $75,000 per year for each year, not to exceed $150,000 for the contract period.

AGREEMENT:

1.  COMPENSATION

Conditions remain the same as in the original contract with the exception of an additional $75,000 for the second year. City agrees to pay Contractor a sum not to exceed $150,000 for accomplishment of the work.

2.  EFFECTIVE AND TERMINATION DATES

This agreement shall become effective immediately and shall terminate as of June 30, 2004.

3.  All other terms and conditions of Agreement No. 34380 remain the same.
