SUMMARY OF REMONSTRANCES

Create a local improvement district to construct improvements in the SE 128th Avenue Local Improvement District. (Hearing; Ordinance; C-10007)

Notices of LID formation were mailed by the City Auditor on November 25, 2003. The deadline to submit written remonstrances was at 5:00 PM on December 10, 2003.

No written remonstrances representing any of the owners of the 8 properties in the SE 128th Avenue Local Improvement District notified by the City Auditor were received by the filing deadline registering objections to formation of the local improvement district.

REMONSTRANCES

None.

RECOMMENDATION

This LID would provide street improvements at a greatly reduced cost for the benefit of the neighborhood and specifically for the properties abutting the street. Therefore it is the recommendation of the Local Improvement District Administrator that all remonstrances be overruled.
