§602 D is amended as follows:

D. Indication of Real Property That May Be Acquired that may be necessary and appropriate to acquire for efficient completion of projects under the Plan is indicated as follows:

1. All of Block 26, HOLLADAY’S ADDITION TO EAST PORTLAND, in the City of Portland, County of Multnomah and State of Oregon. EXCEPT the East 10 feet, the West 10 feet, and the South 10 feet, lying within streets.

2. Lots 3, 4, 5 and 6 Block 43 Holladay’s Addition, in the City of Portland and State Of Oregon Except the East 10 feet and the West 10 feet, lying within streets.
