Manage Redevelopment of Public Streets to Support the HOPE VI Redevelopment of Columbia Villa

Recitals:

Group AGB, LLC was selected through a competitive RFP process to provide project management services related to the redevelopment HOPE VI Redevelopment of Columbia Villa.

Ordinance No. 176805, passed by Council August 14, 2002, authorized a contract with Group AGB, LLC for these services. This contract expires June 30, 2003, and total consideration is $112,280.

City work on the HOPE VI Project is continuing and it is necessary to extend the contract with Group AGB, LLC for project management services related to issue resolution for the proposed “New Columbia” subdivision.

Contract Amendments:

1.  This contract amendment is effective July 1, 2003.

2.  This contract shall expire, unless otherwise terminated or extended, on October 31, 2003.

3.  The City agrees to pay the Contractor an additional sum not to exceed $8,553.

4.  The Fee Schedule is amended to include $4,000 in Task 1, $3990.50 in Task 2, and $562.5 for Secretarial Assistance, for a total of $8,553.

All other terms and conditions of the original contract remain in full force and effect.
