1.  SERVICE CHARGE

(D)  The Administrator of the Bureau of Water Works with the Director of the Bureau of Environmental Services developed administrative rules to determine qualification for a low-income customer discount program. The program costs are shared by the Water Bureau and Bureau of Environmental Services. The Administrator is authorized to promulgate administrative rules that require reasonable levels of conservation in order for one to qualify for the low-income discount.

The Water Bureau monthly discount will be $3.85 for low-income single-family residential customers. If a customer has a water bill that is less than the discount, the customer is not entitled to a credit or refund.

2.  COMMODITY RATE

 For water used through metered services, the charge per 100 cubic feet shall be as follows:
