Hi PCEF Committee,

We look forward to meeting with you all in small groups today and tomorrow. We will chat about the following:

1. Draft proposal for considering funding allocations this spring and summer.
   • An initial discussion draft developed by Megan and Ranfis is linked here. Please do not distribute this.
   • This is the primary purpose of the small group meetings so that you all can chime in and provide feedback so that you can decide on a process in your 3/21 Committee meeting
