Subject: PCEF RFP 3 - Grant Application Scoring Opportunity

Hello Committee members,

Grant review is one of our most exciting connection points with the community as we see ideas, concepts, and projects come to life in their applications. The Community Responsive Grant (CRG) RFP 3 closes on February 15^th and we have nearly 130 applications started in the system. We would like to invite you to consider being on a scoring panel for this RFP.

Applications will be assigned to scoring panels for review in early April with scoring panels meeting mid-April through the end of May. We hope to finalize the composition of scoring panels by the end of February at the latest. Please let us know by January 30 if you are interested in participating in the application review and scoring process. Basic commitments include:

Attend reviewer training session (2 hours)
Read 10 applications. Each application takes about 2-3 hours to read and score. (~20-30 hours)
2-3 scoring panel meetings, 2 hours each mid-April to end of May. (4-6 hours)
