Subject: RE: Response Needed! PCEF Committee Scheduling for Jan/Feb
Hello PCEF Committee Members,
Thanks so much for sharing your availability for upcoming meetings. Based on your responses, we will be meeting on the dates below.
We also would like to keep Thursday, Jan. 18th (our original January meeting date) on the calendar for small group meetings. This will give us a chance to check in and prepare for the public meetings, so please join if you are able. Please let Rachel know if switching to the earlier/later session would be better for you.
You’ll be receiving updated calendar invites shortly. All meetings are calendared for 2.5 hours as a placeholder, but we may adjust to 2 or 3 hours as we finalize the agendas. The first two meetings will focus on the first set of allocations proposed, and the second two meetings will focus on the second set of allocations proposed.
· Small group meetings) Thursday, January 18 – via Zoom, 5:30-6:30 and 6:30-7:30
· Meeting 1) Thursday, January 25 – via Zoom
· Meeting 2) Wednesday, January 31 – via Zoom
· Meeting 3) Thursday, February 15 – hybrid, in-person location TBD (Mayor Wheeler and Commissioner Rubio will present)
· Meeting 4) Wednesday, February 28 – via Zoom
Please reach out with any questions, and thanks again for your flexibility with scheduling.
Best,
Rachel

Subject: Response Needed! PCEF Committee Scheduling for Jan/Feb
Importance: High
Hello PCEF Committee Members,
As we’ve shared, we will be discussing proposals for the additional PCEF funds anticipated from the City Economist’s forecast in our upcoming public meetings. Given the volume of content to consider in Commissioner Rubio’s proposal, we need to schedule additional meetings to give you all adequate time for discussion and recommendation. As part of this, we want to shift the meeting currently scheduled for January 18th.
We are looking to schedule for 4 public meetings (includes rescheduling Thurs. Jan. 18th). Please fill out this Doodle poll by end of day today (Monday, Jan. 8), if possible, with your availability for the potential dates listed below and we will select the best options. We recognize that this is a LOT of your time on short notice and appreciate you bearing with us! Thank you!!!
We expect we’ll need up to 2.5 hours for some or all meetings, so the Doodle lists 6-8:30pm for all. We may need to bump up some to 3 hours or be able to back down to 2 hours as we map out the agenda for each meeting.
Unfortunately, given the timing of the scheduling and Open Signal’s more limited availability to host hybrid meetings in January/February, we will tease out which meetings are Zoom-only vs. hybrid once we see your availability. To the extent there’s a decision to be made there, we will work with Megan and Ranfis.
Lastly, we anticipate the first two meetings focusing on the first allocation of projects proposed by Commissioner Rubio, followed by the second allocation of projects being discussed in the last two meetings.
Meeting 1 options:
· Wednesday, Jan. 24
· Thursday, Jan. 25
Meeting 2 options:
· Wednesday, Jan. 31
· Thursday, Feb. 1
· Wednesday, Feb. 7
· Thursday, Feb. 8
Meeting 3:
· Thursday, Feb. 15 (small group meetings are currently on the calendar for this date)
Meeting 4 options:
· Wednesday, Feb. 21
· Thursday, Feb. 22
· Wednesday, Feb. 28
· Thursday, Feb. 29
Thanks so much, and let me know if you have any questions!
Best,
Rachel
