I am attaching the responses due by September 30 relating to the Inspection Letter.
Waste Chemical and Material Disposal, Schedule A.1.c – please see the two “Untitled Outlook Items”. These are pictures of our covered containers.
Spill Prevention and Response Procedures, Schedule A.1.h - See above attachment with WasteExpress documents. The items referenced are being picked up today. We will send photos when the space is clear.
Employee Education, Schedule A.2.j:
There are two key employees assigned to the Stormwater management . See attached Employee education record.
Stormwater Pollution Control Plan, ScheduleA.10:
This Plan, was completed by Maul Foster –
Schedule A.7.b.iii: See attached NFA for 4144. This further addresses the issue of known or discovered significant materials from previous operations and a discussion of the pollutants.
Schedule A.10.v.: Please see The Stormwater Pollution Control Plan attached. We have entered the correct permit and file numbers.
Schedule A.10.b.i: See Curbing and Directional Flow arrows added to map.
Inspection Requirements, Schedule B.12:
Attached are the August and September 2023 Site Inspection and Maintenance reports and the Discharge Monitoring Report for the July-Septembere 2023.
