Report of Commissioner of Finance on Council Cal. No. 7009, communication of Robt. McIntosh Engine & Machine Works as to completion of contract for cleaning, painting, etc. on Fire boats #1, #2 and #3, for Bureau of Fire, and requesting return of certified check posted in lieu of bond on said contract; recommends said request be granted and that Auditor be instructed to release certified check.
