RESOLUTION No. 36132

Approve appointment of Chris Lassen to the Housing Authority of Portland Board of Commissioners for a term to expire December 10, 2003. (Resolution)

WHEREAS, the city council adopted Resolution N. 22081, December 11, 1941, establishing the Housing

Authority of Portland according to Oregon Revised Statutes 456.095 through 456.720; and

WHEREAS, Commission members must be appointed by Resolution as directed by ORS 456,095(2) and

ORS 456.100(4); and

WHEREAS, Gresham City Council has recommended Chris Lassen for appointment to the Housing Authority of Portland to replace Mike Czajka.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council for the City of Portland, Oregon, appoints

Chris Lassen to the Housing Authority of Portland Board of Commissioners for a term to expire December 10, 2003.
