SUMMARY OF OBJECTIONS AND FINDINGS TO COUNCIL

Assess benefited property for the costs of constructing street improvements in the Lower Albina Overcrossing Local Improvement District. (Hearing; Ordinance; C-9988)

 

Notices of proposed assessments for the Lower Albina Overcrossing Local Improvement District were mailed by the City Auditor on December 24, 2002. The deadline to submit written objections was at 5:00 PM on January 15, 2003.

 

No written objection representing any of the owners of the 79 properties being assessed in the Lower Albina Overcrossing Local Improvement District was received by the filing deadline.

 

 

OBJECTIONS

 

None.

 

 

RECOMMENDATION

 

This LID has provided street and structure improvements for the benefit of the Lower Albina area and specifically for the property owners within the LID. It is the recommendation of the Local Improvement District Administrator that the Final Assessment Ordinance be passed.
