Amendment to Ordinance No. 176525, Portland, Oregon Water Rates for FY-2002-03:

2.  COMMODITY RATE

(A)  Inside City Boundaries:

(1)  Served directly by the City and that are not other distributors.

Receiving water from Groundwater assets only; interruptible supply subject to curtailment, with reasonable notification, by the Administrator of the Bureau of Water Works to address the normal priority operations, pilot testing, construction activities and/or emergency supply requirements of the Groundwater system.

National UV Validation Facility (Carollo Engineers)      $0.350

Any incremental costs or administrative fees incurred by the City to provide services other than the provision of water, e.g., design, permitting, etc., will be added to the costs determined above at rates agreed to in the property lease agreement. A separate meter and service shall be furnished and installed at the expense of the owner of the facility.
