Parks System Development Charge Update

This Contract was made and entered into on the 23rd day of August 2000, by and between Don Ganer & Associates, hereinafter called Contractor, and the City of Portland, a municipal corporation of the State of Oregon, by and through its' duly authorized representatives, hereinafter called City.

Council action approved Ordinance No. 175268 amending Contract (Amendment 1) on January 29, 2001 to add to scope of work, increase contract amount by $777.00 for a total of $28,527, and to extend Contract completion date to March 31, 2001.

Director of Parks amended Contract (Amendment 2) on December 27, 2001 to extend Contract completion date to December 31, 2002.

1.  Scope of Work:

a.  Add 7 additional meetings to existing scope of work to extend work with Parks Ad Hoc SDC Committee;

b.  Assist with definition and analysis of four Parks/PDC SDC program exemption and credit scenarios; and

c.  Provide summary of impact to SDC revenue and rates for four exemption and credit scenarios.

2.  Contract Amount is increased by $3,200 for a total contract amount of $31,727.

3.  This contract is hereby extended through June 30, 2003.

4.  All other terms and conditions shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
