I believe there is a tranche of Portland Housing Bond revenue allocated to Waterleaf; Phase 2 of RiverPlace Parcel 3 adjoining The Vera. Of the 178 units @ Waterleaf there are 20 VASH Vouchers allocated to the project to serve Veterans. We are starting preleasing in the next 30 days and will run the leasing operation from The Vera. Sarah Schubert is the Project Manager.
