*Create one Building/Landscape Designer I position in the Bureau of Parks and Recreation (Ordinance)

The City of Portland ordains:

Section 1. The Council finds:

1.  The Bureau of Human Resources has prepared this Ordinance creating a position for the Bureau of Parks and Recreation in accordance with the policies established by the City Council.

NOW, THEREFORE, the Council directs:

a.  The following position is created:

   JCN  Job Class        Effective Date

   6001  Building/Landscape Designer I  11/19/02

Section 2.  The Council declares that an emergency exists in order that this classification and compensation action may occur without delay; therefore, this ordinance shall be in force and effect from after its passage by the Council.
