ORDINANCE No. 177107

* Authorize Contract with ARM Tech for consulting services to review the City’s Risk Management Program. (Ordinance)

The City of Portland ordains:

Section 1. The Council finds:

1.  The Bureau of General Services, Risk Management Division, has completed a competitive selection process for risk management consulting services in accordance with Section 5.68 of the City Code.

2.  ARM Tech was selected to provide risk management consulting services to the Bureau of General Services, Risk Management Division.

NOW, THEREFORE, the Council directs:

a.  The Mayor and the Auditor are hereby authorized to enter into a contract with ARM Tech, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 1.

b.  The Mayor and the Auditor are hereby authorized to draw and deliver checks payable to ARM Tech, in an amount not to exceed $90,850 over the life of the contract.

Section 2.  The Council declares that an emergency exists in order that the review of the City’s Risk Management Program may be performed without delay; therefore, this Ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage by the Council.
