AMENDMENT No. 5

We, the undersigned, agree to amend Agreement No. 32954, between the City of Portland and LNS Captioning, by extending the termination date of the Agreement to September 30, 2003, increasing the hourly rate to $90.00, and increasing the total contract amount by $32,000.

All other terms and conditions remain in full force and effect.
