AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL, TECHNICAL OR EXPERT SERVICES

AMENDMENT NO. 1

CONTRACT NO. 34231

The parties agree to revise Contract No. 34231 between the City of Portland Police Bureau and the National Conference for Community and Justice as follows:

1.  The total of Contract No. 34231 shall be increased by $4,000 to $115,740 to pay a stipend for an internship.

2.  All other terms and conditions of the contract shall remain the same.
