This Contract, made and entered into this    , by and between Western Equipment Distributors, Inc. (formerly known as Pac-West Distributing, Inc.) hereafter called Contractor, and the City of Portland, a municipal corporation of the State of Oregon, by and through its duly authorized representatives, hereinafter called City.

This contract is hereby amended as follows:

1.  Contract termination date is extended through June 30, 2003.

2.  All other terms, conditions, and requirements of the original contract as previously amended remain in full force.
