City Auditor - City Recorder - Council Ordinance - 177042 Cascade AIDS Project contract 34318 amendment

AMENDMENT NO. 1

Amend Agreement No. 34318 between the City of Portland and Cascade AIDS Project by increasing funding to the Rental Assistance Fund by $10,000 and thereby increasing the total contract amount to $449,125.00. The purpose of this amendment is to add $10,000 to extend the Rental Assistance Fund to support the operation of 6 units located at the Cornerstone at SW 12^th and Jefferson in Portland, Oregon until a transfer of ownership with a funded operating reserve can be accomplished. CAP shall account separately for the portion of the Rental Assistance Fund allocated to the Cornerstone units and shall not use any portion of the $10,000 added by this amendment to provide rental assistance at units other than the Cornerstone Units.

All other terms and conditions of Agreement No. 34318 between the City of Portland and Cascade AIDS Project shall remain the same.
