CONTRACT NO. 33937

AMENDMENT #1

We, the undersigned, agree to amend Contract No. 33937 between the City of Portland and Links Analytical, Inc. by:

1)  expanding the scope of services to continue water quality monitoring of Portland Parks for an additional year beyond the original one-year study (Exhibit A) ; and

2)  increasing the amount of contract No. 33937 by $14,000.00 bringing the total to a guaranteed maximum price of $33,940.00.

3)  extending the contract duration until October 31, 2003.

All other terms and conditions of the contract remain the same.
