Pursuant to Ordinance No. 173847

This Contract, made and entered into the 1^st day of October 1999 and as amended on the 18^th day of September 2001 and as amended on the 3^rd day of April 2002 by and between Kurt Lango Landscape Architect, hereinafter called Contractor, and the City of Portland, a municipal corporation of the State of Oregon, by and through its duly authorized representatives, hereinafter called City.

1.  This Contract sum is hereby increased by $10,000 for a total contract value of $67,000.

2.  Contractor shall perform the following services:

a.  To provide continued and additional consulting and project management services for Jamison Square.

3.  All other terms and conditions remain the same.
