ORDINANCE No.   177004

*Amend easement with Willamette Shore Trolley Consortium to revise the legal description for the SW Parallel Interceptor Segment 2. (Ordinance; amend Ordinance No. 176788)

The City of Portland ordains:

Section 1. The Council finds:

1.  By Ordinance No. 176788, The Council authorized the execution of the easement and Intergovernmental Agreement documents with the Willamette Shore Trolley Consortium for the SW Parallel Interceptor Segment 2.

2.  The Willamette Shore Trolley Consortium requested a revision to the legal description in the easement document, which was completed.

NOW, THEREFORE, the Council directs:

a.  The Director of the Office of Transportation is authorized to execute the Intergovernmental Agreement and easement with the revised legal description attached hereto.

b.  The remaining portions of Ordinance No. 176788 shall remain unchanged and all conditions thereof shall remain in full force and effect.

Section 2. The Council declares that an emergency exists because a delay in the execution of the easement might result in delays in the project; therefore, this Ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage by the Council.
