Attached are the assessment ordinance; final assessment (Exhibit A and Exhibit B); assessment register (Exhibit C); certificate of completion; and final estimate for the NW Thompson Road Local Improvement District. The LID procedure will be complete once assessment has been made by the City Auditor.

The project was accepted as complete by City Council on May 21, 1998. The final plans and the as-built drawings for this project are on file with the Bureau of Transportation Engineering & Development.

Final payments and retainage payments to the contractor, Copenhagen Utilities & Construction Inc. for the LID portion of this project have already been made from the Local Improvement District Construction Fund.
