FIRST AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT NO. 33692

This is an agreement that extends the July 13, 2001 agreement between the City of Portland and Sarah Lerner, for provision of services to the City.

1.  In July 2001, the City entered into Contract No. 33692 with Sarah Lerner for fundraising services.

2.  The parties agree that their July 13, 2001 agreement shall be extended for a period continuing through December 31, 2002, during which Sarah Lerner shall continue to provide the services specified in Contract No. 33692.

3.  In addition to the compensation specified in Contract No. 33692, the City shall, for services during the extended period, pay the sum of $2,000.00 per month bringing the total of Contract No. 33692 to $24,123.

All other terms and conditions remain in effect.
