AMENDMENT No. 1 TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT No. 33274

This amendment amends the professional services agreement No. 33274 entered into by, and between, the City of Portland through its Office of Planning and Development Review, hereinafter referred to as Bureau, and Becker Projects, Inc. hereinafter referred to as Contractor.

The parties mutually agree as follows:

1.  This contract amendment extends the termination date to December 31, 2003.

2.  This contract amendment increases the scope of contractor services to include services for newsletter design, graphics, research, writing and editing in preparation of a bi-monthly newsletter to be mailed to the construction community in July, September, November 2002 and January, March and May, July and September and November 2003.

3.  This contract amendment increases the contract amount by $19,000 not to exceed $38,800.

4.  All other terms and conditions of agreement No. 33274 shall remain the same.
