Traffic Management

Description

To transport two technicians maintaining, repairing, and collecting from the new Smart meters. Cargo will include spare parts and collection canisters.

This will be a temporary increase in vehicles based on the transition of the SmartMeters. As the old meters are replaced, the Bureau will phase out one of their current meter repair trucks.
