AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO CONTRACT 33556

This amends Contract No. 33556 between the City of Portland, Oregon (City) and VanderHouwen and Associates, Inc. (Contractor).

RECITALS

1.  The City entered into Contract No. 33556 in May 2001 with VanderHouwen and Associates Inc. (Contractor).

2.  The City has identified additional programming requirements from the Contractor related to the Portland Water Bureau’s Customer Information System (CIS). Contractor shall provide such services as directed by the City Project Manager.

3.  The Contractor will continue to fulfil the obligations of the original agreement. These tasks include:

a)  Provide programming enhancement to the PARMS and Printman applications associated with the Open Vision CIS. This includes enhancing the appearance of the bill and resolution of PARMS and Printman performance issues.

b)  Provide business analysis and programming for specific tasks assigned by the CIS Project Manager.

c)  Complete documentation on technical standards for report writing for the Open Vision system. Assist in migrating PARMS and other reports from the Production server to the Reports server.

WHEREAS, the City of Portland and VanderHouwen and Associates, Inc. have previously agreed to the conditions set forth in the original agreement, the parties now desire to implement the following amendments:

MODIFICATIONS TO AGREEMENT

1.  Scope of services will include the following expanded services:

a)  Maintain programs for accounts eligible for the 20% Sewer Credit.

b)  Provide business analysis, programming, and development for reports and applications requested by Portland Water Bureau users of the Open Vision system. A list of required reports is maintained by the Bureau.

c)  Compensation for such additional services shall not exceed $60,000.

All other terms of Contract No. 33556 shall remain the same.
