Amendment to the Agreement for Services

Amendment No. 4 to the Contract No. 33292

(Per Ordinance No. __176290____)

We, the undersigned, agree to amend Agreement No. 33292, between the City of Portland and Winterowd Planning Services, Inc. by:

(1)  Increase the amount of compensation by $25,000. This increase includes compensation for the additional work products, including environmental work and traffic study reporting. The total contract amount will now be not to exceed $115,000, consisting of the amended contract amount of $45,000 plus a previous amendment of $20,000, another of $25,000 and this amendment of $25,000.

(2)  The city’s project manager will be Mark Wigginton.

(3)  The contract termination date will be December, 31, 2002.

All other terms and conditions of the contract remain the same.
