Exhibit A- Legal Description

 

A tract of land being situated in the Northwest ¼ of Section 22, Township 1 South, Range 2 East of the Willamette Meridian in the County of Multnomah and the State of Oregon. Said tract of land being more particularly described as follows:

 

Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 22; thence N88’17’00”E, along a portion of the North line of said Section 22, 655.50’ to a point; thence S00’04’50”W a distance of 195.85 feet to a point; thence N88’17’00”E a distance of 127.50 feet to a point, said point being witnessed by the top and center of a set 5/8” iron rod with yellow plastic cap labeled “LS 2270”, said point also being the true point of beginning of the tract herein described; thence N88’17’00”E, a distance of 172.50 feet to a point in the West right of way line of SE 106th Avenue; thence S00’04’50”W, along the West right of way of SE 106th Avenue, a distance of 147.00 feet to a point, said point being witnessed by the top and center of a found 5/8” iron rod with a yellow plastic cap labeled “LS 1848”; thence S88’17’00”W, a distance of 172.50 feet to a point, said point being witnessed by the top and center of a set 5/8” iron rod with yellow plastic cap labeled “LS 2270”; thence N00’04’50”E, a distance of 147.00 feet to the true point of beginning, said tract having an area of 25345 square feet.

A Parcel of land lying in Lot 28, SUBDIVISION NUMBER TWO OF DE LASHMUTT & OTAMAN’S LITTLE HOMES, Multnomah County, Oregon and being that property designated as Parcel 1 and described in that deed to the State of Oregon, by and through its State Highway Commission, recorded July 24, 1972 in Book 870, Page 1669, of Multnomah County Records of Deeds.
