AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES

Amendment to the Contract

CONTRACT NO. 32888

We, the undersigned, agree to amend Contract No. 32888 between the City of Portland and Pacific Coast Construction by:

1)  expanding the scope of services to provide emergency soil stabilization and emergency structural corrections at Hillside Community Center; and,

2)  increasing the amount of Contract No. 32888 by $77,000 bringing the total to a Guaranteed Maximum Price of $1,683,234.

All other terms and conditions of the contract remain the same.
