AMENDMENT NO. 1

 

 

Amend Agreement No. 33903 between the City of Portland and City of Gresham to implement the City of Gresham's HOME Investment Partnership Program by increasing the amount of HOME funds available by $809,619 for a total available amount of $1,576,266. Of this amount, $71,587 shall be available to meet administrative costs and $1,504,679 shall be available to meet project-related expenses. An Amended Budget is attached hereto as Attachment A. The purpose of this Amendment is to carry-over unspent FY 2000-01 HOME Funds allocated to the City of Gresham and to provide for payment of expenses incurred by The City of Gresham during FY 2000-01, where claims for such expenses were not processed against the FY 2000-01 IGA and to provide for additional dollars for FY 2001-02 expenditures.

 

All other terms and conditions of Agreement No. 33903 between the City of Portland and City of Gresham shall remain the same.
