AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO

AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES (33809)

This Agreement for Services (Agreement) is between the City of Portland, Oregon (City) and Conkling, Fiskum & McCormick, Inc. Contractor).

Contract No. 33809 requires amendment to the Termination and Compensation sections to support ongoing communications work related to the City’s collective bargaining processes and contract negotiations.

The termination date as noted on the first page of Contract No. 333809 hereby amended

to extend the duration of the work from March 31, 2002 to December 31, 2002.

Compensation, Exhibit A., 3. is hereby amended to increase the compensation for

services by $30,000. The amendment brings the total compensation to an

amount not to exceed $70,297.

All other terms and conditions of Contract No. 33809 remain in effect.
