Dear Portland City Council & Others,

I am a resident of The Atwater and strongly OPPOSE the current plan for the Alamo Manhattan Project.

It does not provide anywhere near enough buffer, greenway, and graduated height from the waterfront.

The greenway and enjoyment of the Willamette are essential elements of a successful development and City Plan and last a lifetime.

Don’t ruin it!
