I’m writing you to speak in opposition to the project as it’s currently submitted. The primary issues of concern are in regards to the placement of the building’s proximity to the river, the lack of adequate esthetic design of the buildings, and the lack of the continued waterfront development to accommodate the public in general. There are specific guidelines in place covering these development issues, and I’d appreciate it if the commission would adhere to the previously agreed upon guidelines concerning building placement with regard to the river, the height of the buildings that close to the river, as well as the public access and greenway design to conform to what currently exists immediately to the north along the river.
