* I am writing to voice my opinion on this proposed development. As a current resident I am concerned about a few items.

* 1. Drive the streets during a typical work day and see how it backs up due to a combination of foot traffic and vehicular traffic. Now add into the mix a 40% (estimate) increase in residential units. It will be a nightmare to move around down here both as a driver and a pedestrian.

2. Earlier design reviews with the committee initially recommended that Alamo move the tall buildings to the west. The two proposed towers would still have their wonderful views South and East if they were set back to the West of River Parkway. Where they are now slated to stand large portions of the Meriwether and Atwater will see nothing but buildings.
