Whereas, Rehoboth World Healing Center, one Portland’s fastest growing multi-racial, multi-cultural
Congregations, who is committed to reaching the world with love, hope, and healing; and
Whereas, the Pastor, Elders, Ministers, and Lay Leader are focused on understanding the needs of all
people, serving them with love and the utmost dignity and respect; and
Whereas, Derrick D. Div. and Angela Lewis-Traylor M.D., pastors of Rehoboth World Healing Center,
working in conjunction with Prophetic Miracles Ministries Worldwide (P.M.M.W.) and Dr. Leo Lewis to create PMMW’s first Pacific Northwest District Fellowship of; and
Whereas, in four short years, Rehoboth has an unusually fast rate of growth and progress, growing from
it’s original four founding members to over 300 members; and has moved from its original 90ft., 50 seat trailer, to a 250 seat storefront building to owning a 20,000sq ft. edifice; and
Whereas, Rehoboth has saved lives, regionally, nationally and internationally and seeks to do more to
advance the mission within Portland, Oregon;
Now, therefore, I Tom Potter, Mayor of the city of Portland, Oregon, the “City of Roses” do hereby
proclaim March 7, 2008 to be a
Day of Appreciation for the
Rehoboth World Healing Center
in Portland and do encourage all residents to observe this day.
