Whereas, the Council of the City of Portland referred to the voters of the City at the Municipal non-

partisan General Election held on November 4, 2008, a measure with the ballot title caption “Renew five-year levy for Children's Investment Fund,” and such measure was designated on the ballot as Measure 26-94, and according to the official canvas 203,616 votes were cast in favor of said measure, and 77,384 were cast against said measure, now, therefore, it is hereby

Proclaimed by the undersigned Mayor of the City of Portland, that the measure with the ballot title caption “Renew five-year levy for Children's Investment Fund,” has been enacted and is in effect.
